after a play VP_SECURITY_LEVEL was set to 25 which should have worked, but ive lowered to 20 and and everything seems ok.

one odd thing the sametime.log does say:-
E Server 04/Oct/05, 11:00:15 Failed to connect to server 192.168.22.2, reason 0x80000001

our IP range is 172.22.*.* and I cannot find the said 192 address in any of the configs in both browser and stconfig.nsf

Any ideas where this might be? (i doubt this is a legacy thing in our environment as I have only copied the vpuserinfo from live)
